Until now, my order number LZ265569281CN has not arrived. Due to the tracking system the parcel has been scanned in Germany on …(Datum einfügen). But the order wasn’t delivered to my address. I’ve already called the German parcel service (Deutsche Post DHL). But the customer service agent couldn’t say where the parcel stays and if it will be delivered or not.

So I would like to ask you to initiate an investigation at the postal service in your country. Due to the long time without any new parcel status I assume that it got lost.

I hope there is a parcel insurance that covers the costs. I want to ask you to refund me the payment amount, if the shipment does not arrive within the next 14 days.
