Hello Yunexpress Team,

My order with the tracking number

YunExpress tracking number:

was not delivered and it was sent back to you. There must be a mistake because on the delivery day I was informed via email that my address couldn’t be found and because of this my delivery package was sent back to you.

Where is exactly my Package? I talked to DHL and they told me it must be in a storage from Yunexpress here in Germany and I should contact you.
What proceeds now? Please inform me.
can you delivery to DHL Packstations or to any Deutsche Post subsidiary??
